Responsibilities

Plans, develops and administers a portfolio of global education programs. Provides support services including program advising, scholarship and funding advising and resources, pre-departure orientation and health and safety information.

Transformational Overseas Experience

As an undergraduate junior, I studied abroad in London for a semester and had the opportunity to travel to several European countries. This experience began opening my eyes to the many different peoples and cultures that existed outside of the United States. The diverse worldviews that I encountered in Europe, some very different than what I had grown up within Ohio, roused my desire to explore more of the world. I subsequently went on to earn my graduate degree in international affairs and have now traveled to countries in the Middle East and Africa with many more trips to come.
