Lead Global Education Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

The Lead Global Education Systems Analyst advances the university’s global education mission by providing leadership in the systems and processes that support global education programs. Serving as the unit's applications software lead, this role oversees system configuration, integration, data integrity, and long-term planning, while translating technical information into accessible solutions for faculty, staff, and students.

As part of the Global Education leadership team, the position supervises the Systems and Administrative Team, supports continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making, and collaborates closely with campus partners to ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality global education experiences.

Plans, develops, and administers a portfolio of global education programs. Provides support services, including program advising, scholarship and funding advising and resources, pre-departure orientation, and health and safety information. 

Transformational Overseas Experience

As an undergraduate student, I was fortunate enough to study abroad twice. I studied at Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan, for a year and Ajou University in Suwon, South Korea, for a summer. I also lived in Hamburg, Germany, before joining the Office of International Affairs. From these experiences, I knew that I wanted to explore the world further, and it led me to find my future career.
